Dubai, UAE | European Real Estate Developer

Our client, an established European real estate developer with operations in Dubai, is looking to appoint a Legal Manager to support its growing real estate business in the UAE.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded real estate lawyer with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and the ability to advise across a broad range of development, transactional and contractual matters.

The Role

The Legal Manager will provide legal support across the company's real estate activities, including the drafting, review and negotiation of:

• Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
• Lease agreements
• Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
• 
  Property Management Agreements
• Other development and real estate-related commercial contracts

You will also advise the business on a range of real estate transactions and regulatory matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold property acquisitions
• Off-plan property sales and developer obligations
• Property financing and security arrangements
• Dubai property registration and title matters
• Regulatory requirements relating to real estate development and sales

The Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate law and Dubai property regulations
• Demonstrable experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation
• A strong understanding of off-plan sales structures and escrow regimes
• Familiarity with Dubai title registration systems and property registration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial, pragmatic approach to providing legal advice
