Job Description
- As an experienced Okta Architect, your role will involve managing and supporting a DEVOPS team for a critical identity application. Your deep understanding of software architecture, identity and access management, and quality governance will be crucial for the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Support DEVOPS Team:
- Schedule, develop, and prioritize work for the team
- Ensure team members are working efficiently and effectively
- Integrate Applications:
- Integrate Bell applications into BUA (DEV, pre-prod & production)
- Follow change management process
- Identity Management:
- Manage user identities, profiles, and credentials across different cloud platforms
- Ensure consistency and security
- Access Control:
- Implement and manage access control policies and permissions
- Grant users appropriate access to resources based on their roles and responsibilities
- Security:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues
- Provide technical support for IAM systems
Qualifications Required:
- Technical Skills:
- Okta Administrator, Okta Developer, and Okta Architect experience

- Cloud identity experience with intermediate certification
- Experience with on-premise Active Directory
- Experience with cloud identity provisioning and governance
- Experience with non-human identities
- Experience:
- Experience as an Okta Administrator, Okta Developer, and Okta Architect
- Experience on an identity DEVOPS team
- Experience managing a DEVOPS team with Agile experience
- Certifications:
- Cloud Identity Intermediate Certification
- Okta Certified Consultant or Okta Certified Architect certification (desirable),
