Position Title: Associate Director Recruitment (Leadership)

Reports To: Partner

Recruitment Levels: Leadership

Location: Mumbai (Dadar)

Experience: 10-15 years of experience across Recruitment & Business Partnering within a professional services firm/similar.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to manage recruitment & business partnering for leadership roles across service lines. The role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, defining hiring needs, managing interview processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and define hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies and initiatives.
• Create and manage recruitment plans to ensure timely closures against open requisitions.
• Conduct detailed screening interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and present structured summaries to business stakeholders.
• Schedule interviews in coordination with stakeholders and candidates; ensure feedback is recorded and shared promptly.
• Drive the interview process from start to offer, including alignment on CTC, negotiation, and pre offer checks.
• Provide a superior candidate experience and ensure all communication is timely and professional.
• Contribute to process improvement and recruitment effectiveness metrics.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility across leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using HR analytics to drive decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
