Senior Business Analyst

Role Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience across industries.
• Education:
• Bachelors degree in engineering with Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• MBA, PGDM, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
• Required Experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Lending organizations.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Enterprise Loan Origination Systems.
• Proven experience delivering digital lending transformation programs and platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience working across Retail Lending, Microfinance, MSME Lending, Business Loans, Housing Finance, or Commercial Lending domains.
• Experience in large-scale LOS implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform re-engineering initiatives.

Functional Competencies

• Deep understanding of lending lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and credit risk processes.
• Expertise in retail, MSME, and microfinance lending products.
• Experience with Business Rule Engines (BRE) and workflow management systems.

• Knowledge of co-lending, embedded finance, and digital lending ecosystems.
• Understanding of document management, workflow orchestration, and case management platforms.

Technical Competencies

• API and system integration understanding.
• REST APIs, JSON payloads, and microservices architecture awareness.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and analysis.
• Data mapping and interface design experience.
• Knowledge of cloud-based and enterprise platform architectures.

• Figma
• Postman
• SQL Tools
• BPMN Modelling Tools
• LOS Platforms such as FinnOne, Newgen, Finacle LOS, Temenos, Salesforce FSC, nCino, or equivalent enterprise lending platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Digital Lending Platforms and Embedded Finance ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI-driven underwriting and credit analytics solutions.
• Exposure to Account Aggregator, Open Banking, and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) frameworks.
• Experience handling multi-product and multi-entity lending platforms.
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Product Ownership.
