Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect at our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, delivering high-quality solutions across various industries while overseeing team(s) on engagements of varying sizes and scopes. You will collaborate with the Data Analytics Practice at BDO Digital(USA), an IT advisory and technology services consulting organization. As an entrepreneurial-minded individual, you will work with clients to define and implement their long-term information architectures and strategies. A successful candidate in this role is someone who believes nothing is impossible, has extensive experience with systems, platforms, and integrations, can establish a clear vision of clients" needs, and put plans into action. You will be a self-starter who views challenges and obstacles as opportunities for growth and reward.
Your responsibilities will include leading, architecting, defining, and implementing best-in-class technical architecture for data ingestion strategies, data warehouse and data mart structures, semantic layers, and models primarily on cloud analytics platforms. You will also lead, design, and define and implement best-in-class business intelligence strategies and methodologies. Additionally, you will support the creation of written functional, architectural, and technical designs while ensuring the overall quality and accurate implementation of deliverables from the technical team.

In terms of qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably with a focus on Computer Science. You should possess ten or more years of data engineering experience, five or more years of data visualization experience, and at least four years of technically leading development projects. Professional experience in using PySpark, Snowflake, SQL and SQL Server, Power BI is required along with knowledge in Data Lake/Data Warehousing/Big data tools, Apache Spark, RDBMS, and NoSQL. Strong experience with Azure Data Services is also necessary.
Your software experience should include proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, PySpark, and Power BI, with additional experience in SQL Development, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Architecture tools being preferred. You should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate mission. Being flexible, able to multitask, and work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, you must possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills along with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.,
