Job Description
- You will be joining Beauty Garage as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a key member of the executive team based in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and audits
- Developing financial models and providing strategic recommendations
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and cash flow
- Evaluating and mitigating financial risks
- Maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategy
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership
- Prior experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is an added advantage
