Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Executive who will lead our technology initiatives and drive business growth through innovation. The ideal candidate is a hustlerhigh on aptitude, ownership, and initiativewho brings a solid computer science or engineering background from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mumbai college.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP & SAP B1: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP B1 and other core ERP systems.
• Material Management: Streamline inventory and supply chain processes through effective material management solutions.
  
• System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations between various software and applications.
• Cloud Management (AWS): Identify, evaluate, and implement software tools that enhance operational efficiency and support BECOs growth goals.
• Sales Application Modifications (BIZOM): Customize and scale sales applications based on evolving business needs and feedback.
• Technology Roadmap: Drive forward-thinking technology strategies that accelerate product innovation, operational excellence, and overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from a reputed Mumbai college.
• High Ownership & Hustle:
• Self-starter with a passion for tackling challenges head-on.
• Strong sense of responsibility for projects from ideation to execution.
