Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

Were looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team in Pune. This is an office-based role with a primary focus on recruitment and supporting administrative HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70% Focus):

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews to hire top talent quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to offer rollouts.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

HR Administration (30% Focus):

• Handle onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed smoothly.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Track attendance, leaves, and other HR operational tasks.
• Support basic employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in both Tech and Non Tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be open to working from office in Baner, Pune
