Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning Analyst / Financial Planning Analyst / Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 1-8 years of relevant experience, a thorough understanding of US financial planning standards, and proficiency in utilizing financial planning software such as MoneyGuide Pro, Naviplan, Emoney etc. This role requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to compliance, and the ability to support US financial advisors in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning Support: Assist financial advisors in creating and delivering financial planning solutions tailored to US clients which includes software data inputs, strategy calls with financial advisors and preparing comprehensive financial plans.
• Operations Support Solutions: Assist financial advisors with end to end back office activities which includes money movements, preparing meeting presentation, in meeting support preparing sales illustrations, MorningStar Reports, preparation of Forms etc.

• Portfolio Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client portfolios, including risk profiling, investment strategies, and cash flow analysis.
• Documentation: Prepare financial plans, reports, and other client-related documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with US financial regulations and maintain current knowledge of financial products and strategies.
• Client Interaction: Provide administrative support, address client queries, and assist in maintaining seamless client relationships.
• Implementation Support: Facilitate the execution of financial recommendations, including retirement planning, estate planning, investment strategies, and insurance solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-8 years in a paraplanning or financial planning role in the US financial planning domain.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of US financial planning standards, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in financial planning tools such asNaviplan, MoneyGuidePro,
