Junior Accountant

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment processing
• Conduct bank reconciliations on a daily basis

• Assist with maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and other regulatory compliance reports
• Participate in special projects as needed

  Get Hired
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of accounting softwares is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in accounting or finance is required
