Revenue Accountant – Billing (Remote)

**REMOTE JOB**Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant – Billing with a strong understanding of aviation revenue streams, flight-related billing, and cost validation. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in an aviation environment.Key Responsibilities
Billing & Revenue Accounting

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices related to aviation operations, including:

• Flight operations
  
• Charter services
• Handling, landing, navigation, parking, and overflight charges
• Ensure billing is in line with contracts, tariffs, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify quantities, flight details, sectors, aircraft type, MTOW, and operational data used for billing.
• Apply correct currency, exchange rates, taxes, and surcharges.
• Perform revenue recognition, accruals, and deferrals in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Reconcile revenue, receivables, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue accounts.
