JOB DESCRIPTION
Role HR Specialist
Location Hyderabad, India
Department Human Resources
Reports to Manager – Human Resources
Shift Morning Shift 11am to 8pm
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position will facilitate C&B manager in overall administration of Compensation & Benefits, Statutory, HRIS functions for Berkadia.
Incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert assisting Manager in compensation and Benefits process, drive objectives for the department.
Incumbent will be responsible for assisting in processing Monthly payroll, statutory, taxation and reward programs for all employees across the company.
Incumbent will ensure that the compensation and benefit programs support the organization from a strategic and compliance perspective and has high level of integrity and accuracy.
Knowledge of HR analytics and providing actionable insights from the data analysis will be key differentiator.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(Duties may include but are not limited to)
  • Facilitate the process of compensation life cycle, including Time reporting, Input collection and validation, monthly payroll, taxation, and statutory process.
  • Incumbent will conduct reviews of all compensation data prior to monthly payroll process and benefits data processing.
  • Processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual Statutory payments, reports and returns filling for all aspects of compensation, benefits, and employee welfare to government regulatory
  • Responsible for overseeing the data changes and approval process on HRIS
  • Shall be handling all vendor invoicing validation and payment processing.
  • Helpdesk/ query management is one crucial activity that the candidate is expected to handle meticulously.
  • Coordinate with leaders for gathering F&F data and assisting the manager in monthly processing of F&F`s.
  • BGV is one area of focus that this candidate is expected to assist the manager in successfully managing the TAT and constant follow up with vendor for the process.
  • New hire onboarding coordination and HRIS record creation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and finance for error free and timely processing of compensation and benefits related inputs, provisions, and other monthly requirements
  • Incumbent is expected to have strong knowledge of Statutory audits and should have exposure to handling periodic Internal and external audits by reputed audit firms
  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information, performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
  • Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes, Communication on all benefits enrollment, policies and determining eligibility.
  • Incumbent is expected to work on different data analytics and present the findings to stakeholder for their review and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with HR team in identifying the areas of need for analytics and provide analytics support in driving solutions or inference.
  • Proactively propose the data solution for any identified problem areas and assist in implementation of the same.
Qualifications Required
  • MBA in HR/ MSW with minimum 4+ years of work experience.
  • Understanding of core C&B and compliance processes.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel including Macros, Tableau and Power BI etc.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, should be able to Communicate effectively across the organization and to customers
  • Good exposure to HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational, Problem solving and analytical skill.
  • Exposure to data analytics and data science is Mandatory.
  • Must be able to think outside the box in researching problems and provide workable solutions as needed.
