About The Role
Were looking for ambitious final-year students to join our Business Development team as Client Acquisition & Sales Interns. This is not a traditional administrative internshipyoull play a direct, measurable role in growing our client base and revenue pipeline.
As a Business Development Intern, youll operate as a mini-entrepreneur, leveraging modern digital tools to identify prospects, build relationships, and secure qualified business meetings with decision-makers. Your work directly drives our growth in Indias fastest-growing sectors: Semiconductors, IT, AI/ML, Data Centres, Power & Energy, and Healthcare.
The Reality of the Role:
- You wont be filing documents or attending meetings to observe
- Youll own the end-to-end prospecting process from research to meeting booking
- Every qualified meeting you schedule and client you help acquire directly impacts your earnings

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Client Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential client organizations in target sectors using LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research
- Build targeted prospect lists and develop personalized outreach strategies for decision-makers (HR Directors, CTOs, Talent Acquisition Leads)
- Conduct systematic prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads
2. Relationship Building & Client Engagement
- Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn and email to introduce Best NanoTechs services
- Communicate the value of our specialized recruitment solutions to prospective clients
- Nurture relationships with warm leads through consistent, strategic follow-up
- Position our services as solutions to client talent acquisition challenges
3. Appointment Setting & Sales Pipeline Development
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls between prospects and our senior business development team
- Coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials, and ensure smooth handoffs to our sales team
- Track all interactions, prospects, and conversion metrics.

Education & Qualifications
