Position Overview
The Decor Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the decor sales process for weddings and events, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality, customized decor solutions. This role requires a keen eye for design, the ability to foster client relationships, and the capacity to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Engagement:
Actively prospect, identify, and secure new clients for decor services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized consultations. Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for wedding and event decor. Create tailored decor proposals and packages based on client needs and preferences.
2. Design and Consultation:
Work with clients to create bespoke decor concepts, including floral arrangements,table settings, lighting, and other visual elements. Offer expert advice on trends, color schemes, and decor styles, helping clients bring their vision to life.Coordinate with the internal design team to develop mood boards, mockups, and detailed plans.
3. Sales Management:
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by managing the full sales cycle,from leadgeneration to closing deals.Provide clients with accurate quotes and ensure all aspects of the decor package are included.Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales in a timely manner.
4. Coordination and Execution:
Oversee the execution of decor setups on event day,ensuring everything is delivered according to the clients vision.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event planners to ensure timely delivery and setup. Manage and resolve any client concerns or issues related to decor on-site.
5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the event planning,design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of decor services. Provide input into product offerings and help refine decor packages based on customer feedback and industry trends.
6. Marketing and Brand Representation:
Represent The Wedding Company at events, bridal shows,and networking opportunities to promote decor services. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and strategies to increase decor sales and visibility.
Key Qualifications:
? 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the event planning, wedding, or decor industry.
? Strong knowledge of wedding trends, decor elements, and design principles.
? Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
