Role Overview:

Bridge business and tech to deliver product features. Translate requirements into clear user stories/acceptance criteria, support UX/UI, collaborate with Dev/QA, and drive backlog grooming and sprint execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather/analyze/validate requirements; write functional specs, user stories & ACs

- Conduct gap/impact/feasibility studies; facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions

- Partner with UX/UI to ensure intuitive designs; support Dev/QA during build & UAT

- Maintain documentation (requirements, processes, workflows)

- Track product performance, collect feedback, and identify improvement areas

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business/CS/IS or related

- 1-3 yrs BA experience in product/software environments

- Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile; tools: Jira, Confluence (Visio/Miro a plus)

- Ability to craft clear user stories/use cases/process flows; strong communication & stakeholder management

- Nice to have: UX/UI familiarity; data skills (Excel/SQL/Tableau)
