Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising Management
- Strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns targeting the US market.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Automation & CRM Integration:
- Set up and manage marketing automation systems like Go High Level(GHL), Klaviyo, or equivalent platforms.
- Create and implement automated workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer journeys.
- Ensure seamless integration of ad campaigns with CRM and email marketing systems.
- Strategy & Collaboration:
- Develop comprehensive ad strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications (Must Have):
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically in the US market.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Go High Level(GHL), Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate strategy and performance insights.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and a passion for performance marketing.
- Experience in the home improvement industry and e-commerce(preferably within the luxury segment).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in other ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and funnel building.
