Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Management
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns targeting the US market.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Automation & CRM Integration:
  • Set up and manage marketing automation systems like Go High Level(GHL), Klaviyo, or equivalent platforms.
  • Create and implement automated workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer journeys.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ad campaigns with CRM and email marketing systems.

  • Strategy & Collaboration:
  • Develop comprehensive ad strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications (Must Have):

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically in the US market.

  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Go High Level(GHL), Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate strategy and performance insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and a passion for performance marketing.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry and e-commerce(preferably within the luxury segment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in other ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and funnel building.
