JOB LOCATION : Koramangala, Bangalore

JOB TITLE: Finance and Accounts Executive

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 - 5 Years

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION :

Graduates (B.com) , PG M.com and MBA in finance are preferred.

Would

also be responsible for growing the current

internal finance team.

Working

in a startup is a plus.

Working knowledge of Tally and GST is mandatory

JOB DESCRIPTION :

· Head the finance function, which will involve determining financial objectives.

· Implement systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate internal financial control.

· Formulating business plans/ strategizing for maximizing profitability & revenue generation.

· Minimizing working capital & realizing organizational goals.

· Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz., Balance sheet, P&L and Annual reports.

· Responsible for monthly MIS, Cash flow, Budgeting & variance analysis.

· Review and overhaul accounting practices/processes of the company, increase automation and shorten reporting timelines.

· Constantly upgrade the quality of the companys accounting manual.

· Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

· Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.

· Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory requirements of GST/Income Tax and other Government Departments.

· Preparation of SOPs and implementation of the same in finance, Inventory functions.

· Sound knowledge of accounting processes, domain experience in various areas of Accounting and finance such as Procure to Pay and Order to Cash combined with strong interpersonal skills.

· Experience with business process transformation and / or cross functional finance projects /initiatives.

· Subject matter experience with global best practices in finance and accounting.
