Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Compliance Manager located in Panipat.

The Human Resources Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor and employment laws, and international brands that we work with, as partners in USA. Europe.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in International Brand, and Trade Compliance and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certification in HR or Compliance would be a plus

Strict Experience in:

• SA8000, SEDEX, BSCI, ISO-certified infrastructure

• Smooth handling of buyer-specific audits and onboarding
