Job Description

As a Curriculum Developer at Bhanzu, you will be instrumental in creating innovative and engaging math content that aligns with our mission of making math exciting and instilling confidence in young learners. Your primary responsibility will be to design interactive and student-centered math materials for various grade levels, ensuring that complex concepts are presented in a clear and compelling manner. By crafting lesson plans, exercises, and assessments, you will contribute to building a curriculum that not only educates but also inspires children, ultimately working towards eradicating math phobia.

Collaboration with the curriculum team is essential in this role to ensure that the developed content adheres to Bhanzu's standards and learning objectives. You will have the opportunity to continuously refine the content based on feedback received and incorporate best practices in educational content creation. Your strong understanding of K-12 mathematics concepts and pedagogy will be crucial in delivering high-quality and effective educational materials.
Ideal candidates for this position hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related STEM fields, with a preference for those with a Master's degree in Mathematics or a relevant applied discipline. Prior experience in curriculum development, teaching K-12 students, and creating global math content, particularly for regions like the US and UK, will be advantageous. Additionally, candidates with a keen awareness of cultural nuances, educational standards, and a creative approach to making math concepts enjoyable and engaging will be well-suited for this role.
