Role Overview

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to employees.
  • The role involves handling hardware (Windows/Apple/Android devices), software, networks, and security to enhance business efficiency and security.
  • IT- Audit experience is a + (ISO/Cert-in)

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintain and support IT systems, networks, and software applications, Firewall, Network Switches etc
  • Oversee hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage IT assets, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory tracking.

User Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct user training and ensure IT policies are followed.
  • Network & Security Administration:
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Manage access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

System Administration:

  • Configure and maintain email systems, databases, and cloud services.
  • Ensure software licensing compliance and updates.
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and system permissions.
  • IT Policy & Documentation:
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT administration or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/IOS systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
