It will be essential to highlight bespoke amenities and exclusive features to potential buyers.
Managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining a focus on high conversion rates will be crucial aspects of your job. You will need to coordinate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns that attract the right clientele. Collaboration with internal teams such as design, finance, and legal will be necessary to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.
Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, while meeting all documentation and legal requirements, will also fall under your responsibilities. Providing market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and maximize project success will be expected. Additionally, delivering exceptional post-sales service, maintaining relationships with buyers for satisfaction and potential referrals, is important.
