Draughtsman

• Planning, coordinating, and executing of Interior repairs and Maintenance Jobs with inhouse team handling of manpower, Material, costing and reporting.
• Controlling site activities, complaints and new work of carpentry, ceiling repair and Painting, tiling work, ACP and silicon, Glass fittings and misc. work, -Tracking, monitoring Planning execution and reporting.
• Preparation of Estimates and Bill of quantities for inhouse as well as contract jobs of new construction and repairs .
• Planning day-to-day work as well as projects related to interior/construction.
• Managing department Manpower Tracking, controlling, billing and cost tracking (30 40 Persons)

• Preparation of daily, weekly, Monthly reports of activity, cost, and progress.
• Good communication and presentation skills to deal with office owners.
• Good Knowledge in preparing drawings, Reports making, analysing
• Materials planning, controlling, indenting and quality check and track consumption and stock
• Implementation of the latest and best in class methods for repairs, Maintenance, and projects -Should be innovative.
