Job Description
- You will be working as a Junior Sales Coordinator at Bharat Rubber Works Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai (Andheri). In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, providing customer service, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth internal coordination within the team.
Your duties will involve assisting in coordinating sales operations and processing orders, communicating with clients to address inquiries and provide updates, maintaining sales records, reports, and documentation, supporting the sales team with internal coordination and follow-ups, as well as collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should possess good organizational and multitasking skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), the ability to learn and adapt quickly, and a positive and proactive approach to work.
