- As a Junior Social Media Manager at BharatGG, a fast-scaling growth marketing agency and gaming guild based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, your role will involve managing 20-30 accounts across Instagram and Twitter. You will play a crucial part in building strong digital brands and converting users through impactful content creation.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily posting, content calendars, and engagement on social media accounts, along with creating original content tailored for Twitter and Instagram. Collaboration with the creative team to ensure seamless campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends in gaming, Web3, and tech are key aspects of the role. Communication with internal teams and external clients to align content strategies, as well as proactively suggesting content ideas to drive growth and engagement, will be vital.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media/content creation roles, possess excellent written and spoken English skills, and be proficient in platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and analytics tools. A strong interest in gaming, technology, and cryptocurrency, the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, and a self-driven and ambitious mindset are essential qualities for success in this position.
