Role & responsibilities:

The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students on course selection and career opportunities. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining course details, fees, and eligibility criteria, and converting inquiries into admissions. The counsellor must maintain accurate student records, update the database regularly, achieve monthly admission targets, and coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Preferred candidate profile : Only Female/ Any Degree | Freshers/Experienced | Good communication & convincing skills
