HR Internship In Bangalore

As a HR intern at Bhash Software Labs Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings
• 
  Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
