About The Opportunity

Our teams collaborate closely with clients across multiple industries to exceed expectations in quality, performance, and scalability. Were now looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment at our India locations, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to fuel our growth.
Role &Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles: draft JDs, source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and decision criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics in ATS/HRIS, generating regular reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion best practices throughout the recruitment cycle.
Skills &Qualifications
Must-Have
  • 01 years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for non-IT positions.
  • Proven track record sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and campus/employee referral programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in ATS/HRIS management and hiring metrics.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance standards, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with multiple concurrent hiring needs.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting for technology or engineering functions as a plus.
