Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy HR / Talent Partner to work closely with the PE/VC firm's founders and portfolio companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about Talent Acquisition, enjoys working with founders and can build talent strategies in fast-growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with founders and leadership teams to understand business and talent requirements.
- Build and execute Talent Acquisition strategies and hiring plans across portfolio companies.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior positions.

- Develop strong talent pipelines across FMCG, D2C and consumer businesses.
- Advise founders on organisation structure, hiring priorities and talent availability.
- Build scalable recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Support leadership teams on select HR business partnering initiatives.
- Track hiring plans, recruitment metrics and progress across portfolio businesses.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to founders and leadership teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent strategy.
- Preferably from FMCG, D2C, consumer brands or high-growth start-ups.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
- Someone who can operate independently and build processes from scratch.
- Strong understanding of consumer/digital talent markets.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work across multiple businesses.
