Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets by engaging with customers, explaining the offerings of the store, assisting them in choosing jewelry, and completing sales transactions. Your role will involve receiving customers, understanding their requirements, managing stock records, displaying products attractively, ensuring the safety of displayed jewelry, supporting marketing activities, and identifying potential customers for referral to the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements
- Manage daily stock count and record opening and closing stock
- Display products properly and attractively at the counter
- Ensure the safety of jewelry displayed to customers
- Support marketing team for customer visits and exhibitions
- Identify potential customers and refer them to the store
Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 12th Passed* / Diploma Passed / UG Degree
Additional Details:
Room and food accommodation will be provided for non-locals. The salary range is Rs.16,500 to Rs.25,000 with PF, ESI, yearly bonus, monthly, and quarterly incentives. The job types are full-time, fresher, and walk-in.
