Risk and Control Objective

Introduction:

To work with BIA Early Careers Lead to contribute to BIA’s vision and secure an improved and enhanced Early Careers Programme in BIA. This is underpinned by role modelling the Barclays values in all that we do.

What will you be doing?

• Provide regional support for BIA Early Careers


• Collaborate with key stakeholders for the region within HR ensuring BIA attract/retain/develop Early Careers talent


• Manage regional delivery of the BIA Early Careers programme


• Support delivery of the BIA Early Careers learning pathway

Support monitoring of the Early Careers critical experiences

What we’re looking for:

• Strong interpersonal skills to work with others in BIA and with management at all levels in the organisation


• Experience of flexing and adapting your style to meet the needs of others


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to deliver high quality work

Skills that will help you in the role

• Experience of working with Early Careers (Graduates, Interns and/or Apprentices)


• Experience of designing and delivering training


• Financial services industry knowledge including emerging technology, trends, and themes is beneficial but not essential


• Understanding of the relevant regulatory environment.
