Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in Puri. In this position, you will communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns. You will ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping, maintain clear communication logs, schedule pickups or deliveries, and offer excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer complaints by providing timely and appropriate solutions.
