Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- MIS reporting to management
- Ensuring financial accuracy and transparency
Compliance & Regulatory
- Handling statutory compliances for a Private Limited Company
- Coordinating and managing statutory and internal audits
- Ensuring timely tax payments and adherence to regulatory requirements
Manufacturing & Costing
- Product costing and cost analysis
- Inventory valuation and reconciliation
- Monitoring production costs and margin analysis
- Working capital management
Reconciliations & Controls
- Bank reconciliations
- Vendor & customer reconciliations
- Ledger scrutiny and closure of books
- Establishing and maintaining internal financial controls

ERP & Systems
- Implementation and management of ERP software such as Zoho Books / SAP
- Process automation and financial system improvements
- Ensuring data integrity within accounting systems
Required Skills & Experience
- CA Qualified with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
- Must have worked in a manufacturing company
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance
- Experience in financial reporting and MIS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
