Senior Manager - Supply Chain

1. Supply Chain Operations: Manage logistics, buying, and CFA operations for FMCG products, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
2. SNOP Process: Implement and manage SNOP processes to ensure alignment between sales and operations teams.
3. B2B and B2C Supply Chain: Develop and manage supply chain strategies for B2B (QComs, MT, GT) and B2C channels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
4. OMS Systems: Implement and manage OMS systems like Unicommerce, Shopify, and integrate with existing systems.

5. Courier Partner Management: Manage relationships with courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Ecom Express, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve supply chain processes, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and service level improvements.
Requirements:
Logistics and Buying: Proven experience in managing logistics and buying operations for FMCG products.
CFA Management: Experience in managing CFA operations and ensuring effective distribution and sales.
SNOP Process: Familiarity with SNOP processes and experience in implementing and managing them.
B2B and B2C Supply Chain: Experience in managing supply chain operations for B2B (QComs, MT, GT) and B2C channels.
OMS Systems: Familiarity with OMS systems like Unicommerce, Shopify, and experience in implementing and managing them.
