Job Description
- The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Handling inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, messages, or chat with customers and vendors.
- Preparing and sharing accurate quotes, including pricing, taxes, and product details, as per customer requirements and company policies.
- Actively following up with interested customers or prospects to assist in converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Collecting and verifying lead information for lead generation clients.
- Sharing qualified leads with the relevant team and following up on shared leads when required.

- Maintaining records and updating work status using tools like Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinating with internal teams, including logistics, accounts, and product, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position with a day shift and fixed schedule. The preferred education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.,
