Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager having 8+ years of experience to lead and deliver complex projects within our fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech product/project delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams. Experience in AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  
• Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates, and ensure transparency with leadership.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, some of which preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology projects.
• Strong understanding of fintech systems, digital payments, banking workflows, or financial product platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
