Job Description
- As an Animator and Motion Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and videos for various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and producing animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop animated assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Storyboarding animation concepts and presenting visual ideas for approval.
- Editing and enhancing video content using animation, transitions, text overlays, and visual effects.
- Optimizing animations for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and ads.
- Staying updated on the latest animation trends, techniques, and tools.
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience as an animator, motion designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in animation using software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion design work.

- Attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Experience creating animations specifically for digital marketing or advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of branding, advertising strategies, and user engagement.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or interactive media is a bonus.
This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and a provident fund. The role offers the flexibility to work from home, although the work location is primarily in person.,
