Job Overview

To lead and manage a team of Liability Sales Officers/Executives to achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure efficient sales operations within a specific region or business segment.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales plans to grow the companys liability insurance market share and achieve revenue goals.
• Support the professional growth of the sales team by providing coaching, training opportunities, and constructive feedback to enhance skills and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to foster loyalty and secure long-term business.
• Manage sales workflows, monitor budgets, and streamline processes for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Product Development, and Marketing to align offerings with market demand.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and corporate standards to minimize risks.
  

Required Qualifications
Education:

Get Hired

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, specifically in liability or commercial lines.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and close sales and client portfolios effectively.
