Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire front-of-house team, including Assistant Managers, Maître D's, Sommeliers, and service staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Oversee all recruitment, training, development, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and pre-service briefings to communicate standards and goals.
- Act as the ultimate guardian of the guest experience, ensuring service standards meet or exceed Michelin-level expectations.
- Personally oversee the reservation book, managing VIP guests, special requests, and potential service recoveries with grace and discretion.
- Actively engage with guests on the floor, building rapport and gathering feedback.
- Resolve any guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenging situations into opportunities for loyalty.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (P&L).
- Implement strategies to drive revenue, increase average check size, and manage controllable costs (labor, COGS, supplies).
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships for front-of-house operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to the standards required for Michelin recognition.
- Work in close partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless communication and synergy between kitchen and dining room.
- Continuously evaluate and refine service protocols, wine program, and overall guest journey.
- Represent the restaurant at industry events and within the local community.
- Work with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance the restaurant's profile and attract our target clientele.
- Manage the restaurant's reputation on review platforms and social media.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage and will be highly prioritized.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, fine-dining environment.
- Proven track record in a Michelin-starred or similarly acclaimed restaurant is highly desirable.
- Strong financial literacy with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and service techniques.
- Impeccable personal presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, lead by example, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, Micros).
