About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities
:
- Manage and grow Binance MENAP social media accounts (X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc.) with a clear focus on strategic content planning, publishing, and real-time engagement.
- Create and execute social media content plans and monthly content calendars across platforms.
- Localize global campaign narratives and content to resonate with the Arabic-speaking audience including cultural adaptation and accurate translation of copy.
- Work cross-functionally with design, content, product, marketing, and KOL teams to brief and execute social-first video and static content.
- Support in briefing processes for design and video production including scripting, visual direction, and deliverable formats.
- Provide social media coverage for Binance MENA activations and events, including live stories, reels, and post-event recaps.
- Collaborate with global teams to amplify global campaigns across MENA channels.
- Schedule and manage content publishing using social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Emplifi, or native schedulers).
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay plugged into the crypto space and social trends (especially Crypto Twitter, Telegram, and IG).

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or other relevant fields.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Fundamental understanding of the crypto market, on-going trends and Binance s product suite.
- Experience in content production, including briefing for video and design deliverables, event-based content creation, influencer collaborations, and community-led strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills in both Arabic and English
- Minimum at least one internship in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, resistant to stress, self-motivated and results oriented.
- Remote and start-up experience is a plus.
