Experience:
2 3 years of experience in tele-sales or customer service, ideally within the real estate or facility management sector.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to qualify and nurture leads.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales call processes.
Ability to follow structured call scripts and respond professionally to customer queries.
