1. Coordinated with external calibration vendors to ensure timely execution of calibration activities in SAP.
2. Tracked calibration schedules and ensured proper planning and completion of instrument calibrations.

   Managed archival of calibration certificates and coordinated with QA for documentation compliance.
4. Reviewed and coordinated periodic temperature mapping reports for equipment and systems as per defined timelines.
5. Prepared, updated, and maintained SOPs along with proper archival of controlled documents.
6. Supported internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Initiated, tracked, and ensured timely closure of errata and discrepancies.
8. Prepared calibration planners and performed Critical/Non-critical/Indicative instrument classification and assessments.
9. Followed up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of required training programs (protocols, corporate SOPs, etc.).
10. Monitored and ensured timely execution of annual maintenance activities under AMC for instruments and systems.
11. Actively participated in and completed all assigned learning and development programs within specified timelines.
12. Coordinated and ensured timely replacement and proper maintenance of calibration status tags.
13. Maintained instrumentation-related documentation and ensured audit compliance through proper verification practices.
