In the Finance Function, you will be part of a team that believes in setting new benchmarks and achieving more together. Finance plays a crucial role as one of the major pillars of Biocon Biologics" successful business operations.
Your key responsibilities will include leading financial planning and analysis processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to provide financial insights, conducting variance analysis, developing financial models, preparing reports and dashboards for senior leadership, analyzing costs and profitability, evaluating business scenarios, and driving financial strategies through stakeholder management. You will also be responsible for enhancing FP&A processes, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations, and managing risks effectively.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience, be a Chartered Accountant, have the ability to manage a team, hands-on experience with SAP, a strong understanding of technical accounting guidance, excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and networking skills, flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment, strong time management and prioritization skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
