Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time (Saturday is a Working Day)

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Export Sales within the Pharma/Nutraceuticals/Food & Surgical industry

:

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales and expand our presence in global markets for pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and related commodities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and global business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth in international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our global customer base.
  • Handle end-to-end export sales operations, including lead generation, negotiations, order processing and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements, export documentation and trade policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Regulatory, Finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in global markets.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business delegations to promote the companys products.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Export Sales in the Pharma, Nutraceuticals or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation and INCOTERMS.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and export documentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
