Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled ReactJS developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux and Gatsby. You will also be tasked with profiling and improving front-end performance, as well as documenting our front-end codebase to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable user interface components using ReactJS. Implement and maintain state management using Redux and leverage frameworks like Gatsby where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Profile and optimize front-end performance to deliver an exceptional user experience. Document the front-end architecture and codebase, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment.
About Your Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
- Excellent computer science fundamentals with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and time complexity.
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
- Prior experience working with Firebase (Firebase Auth, Hosting, Realtime DB) is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and the document request model.
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing project deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to work with third-party dependencies and effectively debug dependency conflicts.
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment.,
