Creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with experience in designing high-impact in-store displays to enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance across multi-category retail formats. Skilled in executing brand-aligned visual strategies, space planning, window displays, and seasonal campaigns within large-format retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement VM guidelines across stores to ensure brand consistency.
- Design attractive window displays, promotional zones, and thematic setups to maximize footfall.
- Planogram execution and space optimization to improve product visibility and sell-through.
- Collaborate with buying and store teams to align merchandising with inventory and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and retail trends to keep displays innovative and customer-centric.
- Train store staff on VM standards and maintenance of display quality.
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising (department store / hypermarket preferred)
- Strong aesthetic sense with commercial awareness
- Experience handling multi-category retail (fashion, FMCG, home, electronics preferred)
- Ability to travel across store locations
