Job Title: Lead – Consolidation, Standalone & Financial Instruments

Function: Finance and Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Head Accounts Consolidation

This role is accountable for timely and accurate consolidated and standalone financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, SEBI (LODR) and other regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Indian and international subsidiaries, statutory auditors, treasury, risk management, and ERP teams to drive highquality public reporting and strong governance.

The position offers exposure to largescale consolidation, US GAAP to Ind AS conversion, hedge and financial instrument accounting, and ERPenabled process transformation, while playing a key role in strengthening uniform accounting policies across the group.

Who should apply

• Qualified CA / CMA with >10 years of experience
• Strong background in group consolidation
