Job Title: Lead Group Consolidation

Function: Finance and Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Head Accounts Consolidation

This role is responsible for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring full compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and SEBI (LODR) requirements. You will work closely with Indian and overseas subsidiaries, statutory auditors, treasury, risk management, and ERP teams, while also playing a key role in process standardization and finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries, JVs, and associates
• Application and interpretation of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, SEBI (LODR) in a highly complex reporting environment
• Leadership of GAAP conversions and Fit‑for‑Consolidation (FFC) for overseas entities

  Get Hired
  Close partnership with statutory and Big‑4 auditors, resolving complex accounting matters with sound judgment
• Driving standardization, governance, and consistency in accounting practices across the group
• Active involvement in finance transformation and ERP‑enabled process design (Oracle / GL / AP)

Who should apply

• CAs/CMAs with minimum 10 years of experience
• Strong exposure to group consolidation in large manufacturing / multinational setups
