Organization Structure, Manpower planning, Job Analysis/JDs - Assist management in preparation of organization structure, amendments and manpower rationalization. To plan, organize and co-ordinate Job analysis for all staff category as per the organization structure, to improve teamwork, attain higher productivity, right sizing of manpower and facilitate Job evaluation process
Performance Management and Establishment - To plan, organize and ensure establishment, Poornata project implementation, performance management and compensation timely as per the requirement.
