The role of Business Data Analyst at Birlasoft revolves around integrating Guidewire and SAP systems to enhance business processes and operational efficiency, particularly within the insurance domain.
Title: Business Data Analyst
Job Location: Multiple Locations (Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance-related business processes and SAP functionalities to identify integration opportunities.
- Design integration solutions that are aligned with the business needs and objectives.
- Create detailed data flow and mapping documents between SAP and Guidewire systems.
- Develop and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and project outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on integration projects.
- Expertise in Guidewire, SAP-RI, SAP-CD, and ACORD Standards.
- Strong understanding of system mapping, data structures, and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with API management, data integration tools, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex integration challenges effectively.,
