Job Description
- As an experienced professional in the field of implementing and supporting WMS cloud solutions, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Implementation and Support:
- Implementation of WMS cloud solutions, including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for WMS cloud applications.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend WMS cloud solutions to streamline operations.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Customize and configure WMS cloud applications to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure system setup aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users.
- Ensure successful adoption and utilization of WMS cloud solutions.
- Documentation:
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and system configuration guides.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and stakeholders for seamless integration of WMS cloud solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in WMS cloud technology.
- Recommend continuous improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting WMS cloud solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle WMS cloud.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
